Join us for the official opening of Audi quattro Winter Games NZ 2017. It’s free to watch and includes another dramatic, spectator-friendly Coronet Peak Night Slalom contest staged under floodlights. Featuring top alpine skiers from around the world as well as local ‘weekend warriors’ this lightning-fast duel was won in 2015 by US stars Ted Ligety and Mikaela Shiffrin.
Exact programme details will follow closer to the event, but it’s likely to follow 2015’s spectacular gala opening:

We’re working with Coronet Peak to create a party atmosphere with hospitality, live music and fireworks. Coronet Peak’s awesome night skiing will continue as normal.
